As a sales professional, I have always struggled with leaving the world on the other side of the sales room.  I found that by investing some time in reading uplifting positive material instead of the "News", I maintained a more positive outlook and find it easier to conquer call reluctance.  I use the smile tactics to get a positive flow before the call, by smiling and having a good attitude, I can turn the energy into sales and my momentum increases the more I call rather than subsiding.  This book has some great tips and it can be read in just a few minutes per day.  Many times I will open at random for a quick fix of positive uplift.
